Arriving at camp can sometimes be a challenge, especially with a single track lane to enter and leave the site.
As a district team, we will be providing marshals to help the flow of traffic enter and leave the site safely. Please instruct the parents to follow their instructions when they arrive at site.

Below are the arrival and departure times for each group. Please follow these as best you can to ease the flow.

Leaders MUST be in the car park, ready to welcome cubs in time for your pack's arrival time. The car park will be a DROP AND GO system. Parents will not be allowed to leave the car park, they must hand over cubs to leaders and leave the site straight away.

Please inform a member of the district team if this will not be possible.

NO RIGHT TURN into the site - ALL vehicles arriving MUST turn left into the campsite - Drive past the campsite and spin round to come the other way so you can queue along the road to turn left into the site. This is an instruction from the campsite.

 

Our Volunteer marshals are there to ensure everyone's safety and must be treated with respect at all times. Arguing with the marshalls may result in you being asked to leave the event.
